Our Purpose
The first purpose of the New Brunswick Welsh Heritage Trust is to preserve and restore the Welsh chapel and cemetery at Cardigan, New Brunswick. Our broader purpose is to sustain the Welsh heritage of the province.
What we do
The New Brunswick Welsh Heritage Trust is a registered charity responsible for restoring and maintaining the Welsh Chapel and graveyard, a historic site located in Cardigan, New Brunswick. The Trust holds two ecumenical church services each year intended to raise funds for the Trust. All monies held by the Trust are used to maintain the chapel and graveyard.

How to donate
Donations are received at the Founders’ Day Service held in June each year or at the annual Thanksgiving Service. Donations may also be sent to the New Brunswick Welsh Heritage Trust, c/o Janet Thomas, 100 Epworth Circle, Fredericton, NB. E3A 2M6. Cheques must be written to the New Brunswick Welsh Heritage Trust. An official charitable donation receipt will be sent to all donors for gifts of $10.00 or more at the end of each calendar year. (Donor must provide mailing address).
